Corendon Airlines has created a simpler, more flexible, and segment-focused travel model by renewing its fare class structure
As the airline of firsts, Corendon Airlines is restructuring its fare class system in line with changing passenger segmentation and travel preferences. With a lean product design and service content differentiated by route, this new model retains the Eco, Comfort, and Premium fare classes across all routes, while introducing the Lite product, which is valid only on leisure routes, into the portfolio. In this way, the company aims to establish a more clearly differentiated product structure tailored to passenger groups with different travel motivations.
Simplification and repositioning in the product structure
The new fare class model offers a structure where the scope and content of the products are more clearly defined. In this context, the product previously offered under the name Flex is being repositioned under the name Comfort.
The most notable change in the Comfort class is the removal of the cabin baggage allowance. With this arrangement, it is aimed to reduce in-cabin operational congestion and provide a more comfortable flight experience for passengers who check in their baggage.

Route-based baggage strategy
In the new model, Corendon Airlines adopts a structure focused on revenue management and operational efficiency by differentiating baggage allowances according to route type. While standard baggage allowance and flexible product options come to the forefront on leisure routes, a differentiated service model is developed on Anatolian routes by offering higher baggage allowances in line with passenger needs. This approach aims to adapt to route-based demand dynamics.
The current structure is maintained in operational processes
Despite the update in the fare class structure with this innovation implemented by Corendon Airlines, there are no changes in sales, reservation, or operational processes. Existing cancellation and change conditions, as well as the processes of business partners, will continue in the same way. While simplifying its product range with the new fare class structure, the company aims to increase its competitiveness through segment-based service differentiation.
